We all know that really sad circumstance when you see a person whose hand shakes uncontrollably. Whether it’s a cashier in a store, or a grandpa in the park. But a new study proposes a few potential causes. CTS is linked with “hand force, repetition, use of vibratory tools, and wrist posture“. Educating employees on proper ergonomic use of hands is the best way to prevent CTS, especially in certain jobs containing such factors. Any change in the feeling of one’s hands can be an early symptom, and a sign that your hand needs some rest.
